Digestion, metabolism and elimination.

In order to balance solar plexus chakra energy we are interesting on oils that fortify and also help us to shine. My three go to oils are helichrysum, because it is so strong for wound healing, which means emotional and physical, grapefruit, because it is so good at sunshine and stepping out into the world and fennel, which is the king of endurance.

All three oils exert a physical effect on the digestive system and on metabolising food in different ways.

This week I wanted to make solar plexus meditations to help us with these three aspects, and I chose three Grecian archetypes that I feel personify their actions.
